  • At Essential Cleaning Company we are proud to offer a fast and easy booking format. This results in choosing a service that best suits your space.

    If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 3 to 6 months, you must select “deep clean.”

    Any other home after 3 months of being professionally cleaned is considered a “standard clean.”

  • When a cleaning is cancelled within 24 hours of your booking, a 25% fee of your quote will be charged.

  • Once you book with ECC we are fully committed to arriving at the time agreed upon. In some rare instances, time becomes a huge barrier due to traffic or other unpredictable circumstances. Please allow us a 60-120 minute window, an ECC representative will communicate with you while waiting for the cleaners to arrive. 

  • ECC is open to all types of furry friends during cleaning. When completing the booking, make sure to let us know if there are pets in your home. If pets are left at home, all pets must be in a safe space when cleaners arrive in order for them to work efficiently. Any pets that are causing harm or a threat to one of our cleaners will result in our nonrefundable cancellation policy being applied.

  • Recurring cleanings will only be applied after the first cleaning. First cleaning will be marked as a regular price.

  • In order to keep our staff safe, ECC does not allow items heavier than 20 pounds to be lifted. If more than one person is needed to lift an item up, the cleaner can not do it. All areas that are reachable to the cleaner will be cleaned, keep in mind we have supplies that allow us to get a hold of reach while standing.

  • ECC is flexible with payment methods, we allow Visa, Mastercard, or any type of card. All payments will go through after cleaning is complete.

  • Please book 2-3 days before your cleaning.

  • We invite everyone to create an account in order to review past and future bookings.

  • We appreciate your trust if you decide to leave us a key, a code, or anything to access your home or office!
